Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to feel happy and confident while shopping with Trinket Trails by Namrata.

However, due to the nature of jewellery products, hygiene considerations, and product handling, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not liked after delivery
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor colour difference due to lighting or screen settings
  • Minor design variation in handcrafted or fashion jewellery
  • Product ordered by mistake
  • Discounted, sale, or clearance products

Each product is carefully checked before dispatch. We make every effort to show product images and details as clearly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we take full responsibility and will help you with an exchange, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any claim for damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items, customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video from the beginning of opening the parcel.

The video should clearly show:

  1. The sealed package
  2. Opening of the parcel
  3. Product condition
  4. Any visible damage or missing item

Claims may not be accepted without a clear unboxing video.

Claim Window

Any complaint related to damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed mode.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

Exchange / Replacement

If an exchange or replacement is approved, we will share the next steps with you. Replacement will depend on product availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer any one of the following:

  • A similar product
  • Store credit
  • Refund, if applicable

Order Cancellation Policy

Since many jewellery pieces are checked, packed, arranged, or custom-prepared after order confirmation, cancellations are allowed only within a limited time.

Cancellation Window

Order cancellations or changes are possible only within 1 hour of placing the order.

After 1 hour, cancellation or modification requests may not be accepted.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
